Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

Master Distillers Parker & Craig Beam hand-select 12-year-old barrels from warehouse DSP-KY-31 and bottle without chill-filtering. The resulting whiskey is full-bodied and assertive, with aromas of brown sugar, sweet corn & clover honey signaling rich flavors of toffee, stewed apples, vanilla, anise & clove. The finish is long and warm, with toasty oak spice and a hint of floral cedar & tobacco.
