Catamount Whiskey is a high-wheat bourbon that is bottled in limited single barrel batches. Every barrel is thoroughly vetted for quality by our multiple award-winning head distiller. It is then proofed with pure Teton mountain water. The high wheat provides a more earthy, grainier flavor profile that makes for a smooth easy to drink whiskey.
