Weber Frühlingsplätzchen Riesling Spätlese Halbtrocken

SEMI DRY SPÄTLESE – THE PERFECT SUNDOWNER! Still pretty reductive with a lot of yeasty, smokey and stoney notes in the bouquet. Lovely, but defensive aromas of apricot, citrus & peach. Elegant on the palate with a superbly balanced mouthfeel. Salty and juicy with a really mineral and well integrated acidity. The residual sugar does only show up in the finish and gives it a fruity twist of ripe peach and lemon curd. Great one here and super elegant for a semi dry wine! That’s more like a big Mosel Riesling!
