Sombra Mezcal

Sombra Mezcal – Fire, Rock and Earth – That’s all it takes. Espadin Agave are hand harvested on the steep slopes of the Oaxacan Sierra. The hearts are slowly roasted in a rock pit over an oak fire and then ground, fermented, and expertly distilled. The result, Sombra, is one of the most tasteful and finest spirits produced on and of our earth. Produced in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, Sombra Mezcal exhibits a bouquet of exotic fruits and spice.
