Santa Digna Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Cherry color. Perfumed notes of plum and strawberry with underlying grapefruit aromas. Plenty of body on the palate, with smooth acidity. Elegant, sensual development toward a long finish. Excellent as an aperitif or cured meat (e.g. ham, sausages and salami), and many pasta and vegetable dishes.
