Mid cherry. Nicely rocky/dusty quality to the pure, fresh dark fruit. Deliciously succulent with spicy, sweet dark cherry and wild hedgerow fruit but just a little savory too. Beautifully balanced and harmonious. Both smooth and tangy and finishes so fresh.
