Notre Dame Luberon Rose

The result is a medium rose color with glints of rose gold. Aromas muddle fruit with earth and herbs—it smells like a rainy day in the berry patch, with stormy wet rocks, white flowers, and watermelon. The flavors are quiet but not serious, with more melon and field strawberry, but at the midway point there’s a bloom of tropical fruit. Breezy and cooling at the finish, with mint and herbs.
