Jefferson’s Barrel Aged Manhattan Bourbon Whiskey

The nose is heavy on winery notes, almost a madeirized character that overpowers the whiskey surprisingly handily. On the palate, the dry vermouth is clear, with bitter herbs muscling past the bourbon vanilla notes.
