A unique project, this 100% Riesling is sourced from the cool-climate vineyards of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Grapes were gentley pressed and aged in neutral oak before bottling. Time in barrel rounds off any harsh edges and creates a delicious blend of tropical and citrus fruit, with a creamy mouthfeel and tart finish.
