Jackson Hole Rose Alpine Glow

Refreshing and lively on the nose, with hints of freshly picked strawberries intermixed with aromas watermelon, and grapefruit complete the aromatic profile. The palate is equally as complex as the nose suggests, with strawberry flavors leading off and transitioning into watermelon jolly rancher and grapefruit notes. The focused acidity gives freshness and length as it leads into the dry, mineral finish. Select lots of Pinot Noir from our small vineyard sources were saignéed and fermented separately, in addition to designating 3 tons of Pinot Noir that was crushed and pressed for the Alpine Glow. It was then aged for several months in stainless steel, preserving its youth and liveliness. This wine screams SUMMERTIME.
