Jackson Hole Rendezvous Red

Cabernet Franc/ Syrah blend. This wonderful blend of 60% Cab Franc, 30% Syrah, and 10% Merlot is full bodied and brimming with dark and red berry fruit, warm toasty oak, and outstanding structure. Each grape variety reveals itself in layers of rich black cherry, plum, blackberry and cassis. Patient aging in French and eastern European oak for 18 month, had brought this blend into balance adding to its rich finish. The structure and long finish of this wine make it a perfect match for grilled meats and hearty dishes.
