High West Yippee-Ki-Yay Whiskey

One of the most unique whiskeys on the market, the Yippee Ki-Yay is a blend of two straight rye whiskeys, which are then further aged in a mixture of sweet vermouth barrels and syrah barrels from Qupe in Santa Barbara. A darker, richer rye, with less pronounced spice notes, and bright aromas of dried red fruit.
