Château Vieux Manoir

Big plum and berry fruit notes, a touch of earthiness and minerality, and a nice spiciness all marry together to make this a fabulous – and food-friendly! – glass of vino for all occasions. This is medium-full bodied and terrifically supple and nothing short of charming. This was vinified in stainless steel to preserve the bright fruit flavors, and five years in bottle have allowed the tannin to soft and come together just beautifully.
