Canadian Mist Whiskey

Medium amber color. Somewhat grainy aromas of chocolate covered citrus peels, barrel wood, wort, raw distillate, and pepper. A brisk, soft entry leads to a dryish medium body of vanilla pudding, spice, and roasted nuts. Finishes with a peppery vanilla fade.
