The nose is spicy, with hints of exotic Asian 5 spice mix, wild choke cherry, wild raspberry fruit with a gamey herbaceousness. The wine is tart and refreshing. No malo-latic, allowing the mouth watering green apple acids to remain. Great with seafood and shellfish!
