Allegrini Solosole Vermentino
|Grapes were hand-harvested then the whole grapes were soft-pressed prior to fermentation. The fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 60.8 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20 days. There was no malolactic fermentation and the wine was aged in stainless steel on fine lees, then for one month in the bottle.
