Wyoming Whiskey Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Each summer a few exceptional barrels are discovered that represent the top 1% of all matured bourbon barrels. This expression has a single annual release each fall. A wheated Straight Bourbon aged 5 years and bottled at 48% ABV, each annual release is comprised of approximately a dozen barrels and bottled by individual casks with their own unique flavor profile.

Colors from deep copper to mahogany, noses from dark chocolate to dried dates and orange blossom, and a palate ranging from cinnamon to dried dates and buttered pastry. A full and rich mouthfeel with varied finishing notes including dark dried fruit and candied orange peel.
