Brugal Rum Ron Gran Reserva

The perfectly-balanced 1888, one of the smoothest rums on the market, is the upshot of five generations of experience in one masterful blend. Double-distilled and double-matured in American white oak barrels followed by first fill Spanish sherry oak cask, the liquid is aged to perfection. Brugal “1888” Gran Reserva Rum is aged in white American oak ex-whiskey casks for 6-8 years, followed by 2-4 years in hand selected first fill Spanish oak Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a dark amber colored spirit offering fascinatingly complex nose of chocolate, roasted coffee, dried fruit with spiced nuances. The full-bodied palate is aligned with the nose offering additional aromas of toffee caramel, almond, liquorice and oak spice.
