Penley Estate Atlas Shiraz 2015

Ripe black and red fruits dominate the nose with notes of mulberries, plums, raspberries and blackberries. Cool climate spice notes of black pepper pop through the dense fruit, with a smattering of exotic cinnamon and star anise. Creamy oak notes underpinned the concentrated fruit adding an extra layer of complexity. The palate is medium bodied with great length and intensity. Structured, fine tannins build the palate which finishes bright and fresh.
